Chilliwack Search & Rescue is a volunteer organization working under the direction of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Provincial Emergency Program and in coordination with the Chilliwack Fire Department, Emergency Heath Services and the Coroner.
Chilliwack Search & Rescue responds to emergencies anywhere in 1100 square kilometers of urban, rural, mountainous, swift water and wilderness terrain - a mandate that stretches from the Vedder Canal to Chilliwack Lake, from the US border to the Fraser River. |
